From the readme file:
This graphics pack will update ALL overlays to look as if the game is being
broadcast on the YES network. All the overlays have been modified to use a
yankees blue white and black color scheme, along with original designs by
myself for many of the overlays (Due Up box, Replays). Also this includes
shuttertop.bmp and shutterbot.bmp which will update the shutter animation
for replays, into a "YES Network Action Replay" shutter.
To Install:
Install all files (EXCEPT shuttertop.bmp and shutterbot.bmp) to your
ArtOverlays folder for HH2K3, or into Art2K2Overlays/ folder for HH2K2.
Install shuttertop.bmp and shutterbot.bmp into the Art2D folder for HH2K3.
