You can open almost all iffs with the mod tools. Look at the FAQ thread for plugins:

I use photoshop,  gimp,  and paint. Net.  Photoshop needs the nvidia plugins to save files in DDS format.

You need to create a 128x128 no background png and save it as a dds file.  Then use nba mod tool to import.

Mira el problema fue que quise abrirlo con photoshop y ahora solo se queda con esto

To import you need nba mod tool to open small logos2d.  The file to import needs to be a no background dxt5 dds 128x128

Ok- ya resolví el problema del archivo ahora que opinas de hacer los logos en 3D Ya edite estos dos en dds
