    *NOTE* Please backup your current files for extra precaution.  On a modded original XBOX, replace the files database.big and hist.big in your "Database" directory.  Retired/AAA/CPU generated players will be in the minors.  Make sure to minimize all CPU generated players in FREE AGENCY before you save your rosters. Huge thanks and shoutouts to the good folks of MVPMods and many others that have been so helpful and provided much needed modded content for MVP Baseball 2005.

  2. Xbox MVP 2023 Rosters-Faces-Portraits

    Attached is a text file with links to database.big, models.big, and portrait.big files for use with a modded xbox or xemu. This overall is a work in progress. I moved over every face texture from the pc version to xbox using auto hotkey.
    Several faces don't look good since models can't be edited but there are some good ones and they are way better than default faces for everybody. Still trying to see what numbers relate to sleeves with xbox having limitations there. I'm sure interest would probably be low but wanted to share anyway!

    Yes, there will be many indescrepincies.  *NOTE* Please backup your current files for extra precaution.  On a modded original XBOX, replace the files database.big and hist.big in your "Database" directory.  I also have "Portraits" if anyone is interested.  They're not up to date, but at least there's a pic there instead of a black box.  Any help I could get for announced baseball player's name for "Audio" would be much appreciated. Retired/AAA/CPU generated players will be in the minors.  Make sure to minimize all CPU generated players in the FREE AGENCY before you save your rosters. Huge thanks and shoutouts to the good folks of MVPMods and many others that have been so helpful and provided much needed modded content for MVP Baseball 2005.

    For modded Xbox rosters, overwrite the files (database.big and hist.dat) found in the Database directory with the current files I have included in this release.  For precautionary purposes, you may want to back up your current database.big and hist.dat files.  Once your game is loaded, what I usually do is go into the Free Agent players list and minimize all players that are CPU-made players (for pitchers, drop them to 1 star Star Power and set their Stamina to 10 and their fastball pitch control to 10).  For position players, set their Star Power to 1 star and drop their Hitting/Power ratings to 10.  Be sure to save your rosters afterwards (I save mine as 2020 Rosters) so when you restart your game in the future, all you have to do is load your rosters.
    For PC users, just copy and overwrite the 19 .dat files found in the Database directory.  Again, you may want back up your current .dat files for precautionary measures.

Wanted to update it because PC has 1971 but not 1972. This is only the year that Carlton won like 27 games and the Phils only won like 48 lol. Comment if you like

    HOW TO INSTALL:
    FTP your models.big over to the pc. Make sure to back it up.
    Open EAgraph and import the 3 files into the models.big.
    Open MVPedit and change the face number to 169. Or another number if you desire to do so. But make sure to change the number of the 3 files to the same number.
    Export DAT. files from mvpedit.
    FTP DAT. files to xbox. backup just in case.
    FTP Models.big back to xbox and you're done!

    Remember to AlWAYS back up your files.

    Better versions will be coming so sit tight.

    This is a modified conversion of "Pirate's Chase Field" PC stadium for MVP Baseball 2005.
    This is not an exact conversion of the stadium due to the inherent limitations in modifying Xbox Stadiums;
    where I was unable to bring over certain features they were replaced with new ads to stay true to general theme of
    the stadium. Special thanks to "Pirate" for permission to use his mods. Suggestions and comments are appreciated.

  16. MVPMods Xbox Overlay for MVP Baseball 2005

    This mod will replace the general overlay with a MVPMods logo and replaces the default baserunner PIP with a
    miniature field replica and the blue and brown dots as your baserunner indicators.
    It also eliminates the small pictures of the bat, the glove, and the ball as attribute indicators for players, and the "Y",
    "B", and "X" button display for your baserunners.

    This mod has been tested with the included datafile, which guarentees the best results. If you choose to use your own
    datafile with this mod you may have to edit the pitch meter location via the "ingame.big" file.

    Simply copy the files contained in the three seperate folders to similar named game folder on your Xbox Hard Drive.

    As always, you should back your original files prior to modding.

    Design Credit: Datafile code and Overlay pics from Trues, Guido, and Compmaniac were used in the creation of this mod.

    This mod pack contains modified versions of the AAA, AA and A stadiums.
    This mod was created with the Dynasty Heads in mind, if you're like me I got tired of looking at
    the generic ads while playing my dynasty games checking out my future prospects. The general
    idea was to give a little life to the stadiums with some cool ads that paid homage to the
    various websites & modders we all use as MVP baseball fans. Hope you get as much enjoyment from this pack
    as I do.

  18. MVPMods Circle Art v1 for the XBOX MVP Baseball 2005

    MVPMods Circle Art v1 for the XBOX MVP Baseball 2005

    This mod will replace the "Fielding Aid" and Vector Circle with a circle that has the MVPMods logo in it.
    It will also update the small pictures of the bat, the glove, and the ball. Additionally, you will
    gain a nice miniature field in your Baserunner PIP.

    This mod comes in two versions NO PIP & PIP. If you choose to use the NO PIP version
    you will have the miniature field as your baserunner indicator only. Also you will
    have to edit your "datafile.txt" with the following code line:

    0x779c563a 11<baserunner>;0 0.520;1 0.140;2 0.0;3 0.0;4 1;10 1;5 0.40;6 0.05;7 0.58;8 0.23;9 0;

    The easiest way to perform this code edit is to use the "find" function in your text editor to locate
    "0x779c563a" the number "12" will be in front of "<baserunner>" instead of the "11" you see in the code line
    above. Highlight the entire code line and copy over it with the code line provided above. I am assuming you
    know how to edit a datafile if you use the NO PIP version.



    Whichever version you use place the "igcrsr.xsh" file in the igshapes folder, you need a modified Xbox to Use.
    You should backup your file prior to inserting mod.

  25. Tampa Bay Rays 09 Home/Away uni's xbox

    I just installed Spungo's uniform pack that Kraw converted and uploaded . All the ones I checked looked good except I noticed that the Devil Ray's uni's were the old ones , except for the Spring Training one which was updated . So I'm re-uploading my Tampa Bay 09 home and made another one (same but gray) for away and used the fixed the font file to match this time which didn't in my previous release . So if you also use his mod you'll have ST and now Home/Away updated .

    Original template and accesory credit : themewin's pack , made by KC I belive (correct me if I'm wrong
    All logo work , coloring , etc. : Hollywood165561

    Just use BigGui , delete the 4 original corresponding files in model.big , import my 4 , compress all 4 , re-compile and ftp models.big back .
