Here is an awesome ENB that was slightly tweaked by me. This originated from the UAR 2K12 Photomod (Boris' GTA San Andreas template) with specified settings. I am currently working on adding more depth of field to the game even though DX9 is a bit primitive in the area. Hope you enjoy!

Install:

Extract .rar folders and drop FXAA folder in the directory then the ENB contents afterward

Uninstall:

Delete all the files that were extracted into the main directory.

In-game menus blur now fixed

I am going to be finishing the fix for this today and uploading it. I will also be releasing an ENB for higher end PC's which will include better shadows, crisper visuals, and bloom effects.

Thanks so much! Game is beautiful. I just have a question: Should MSAA and Anisotropic Filtering be turned on under Advanced Video Settings to get anti-aliasing to work and higher detail or does it conflict with the FXAA? With MSAA off, there does not seem to be any anti-aliasing, so I don't know if I have it installed correctly or not.

Yes, leave AA and AF on. The settings preset does enable/force this so to avoid conflicts leave them on. It should not cause crash or anything, but for optimal configuration leave them on.
