raidersbball20 Posted March 11, 2014 Share Posted March 11, 2014 Any time I use the latest BSU v2 roster and attempt to play a game with the Rochester Red Wings by game crashes. I'm not sure why. If u check out BSU-FAN's forum on his roster, u will see me telling him the crashes that I had. Nevertheless, what I did was reinstall MLB 2k12. tomk30816 Posted March 11, 2014 Share Posted March 11, 2014 Check to ensure you only have 25 players on the roster and that your 5 starting pitchers slots are filled. Just started a game with rochester vs round rock express and had no crash using bsu's roster. Tried it a second tme and soon after they announce the teams it crashes. Thought it may have something to do with the 2013 schedule that is in this roster so I added back the original 2012 and it still crashes on me. I think it's mostly to deal with the Astros move to the AL and playing the AL schedule I might be wrong on that but that's my understanding of it. tomk30816 Posted March 12, 2014 Share Posted March 12, 2014 I think there was a problem last year with the game crashing and we had to change the computer clock to a certain time, didn't make sense at the time but it worked to get by that problem. Maybe someone can shed some light on what we did to fix the problem. I remember people using a program called beyondo. My memory is short, lol. raidersbball20 Posted March 13, 2014 Author Share Posted March 13, 2014 The 1.2 patch addressed the freeze screen secondary to the date issue. I have that installed. That fixed that problem. Griz891 Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 a glitched player perhaps... I ran across the same problem when playing the White Sox. Whenever Jose Abreu comes to bat the game kicks to desktop. I went into the editor and removed Abreu from the starting lineup and tried the game again and it worked fine.
