Ok, now I'm just trying to play. I just found the rosters / cyberfaces, and I've installed: MVP 2005 Patch 5 MVP 2013 2014 v4 roster 2014 facepack mvp 2013 stadium pack The game crashes when trying to sim in owner mode. Any ideas? It also crashes coming back into the main game if I play the whole game. This is on a brand new file. Thanks.

I have in my notes to get Homer's CyberPack and daflyboy's rosters. I can't find those ANYWHERE. Are they still around? Thank you.

Ok, I tried that some, but still no success. As soon as I click on Quick Sim, or try to go back to the menu after a game, the game crashes. As for the process of elimination, SHOULD it work without the MVP 13 stadiums? Or is it all dependent on the exact configuration I had while originally playing? (I don't need those stadiums-- I'd be fine playing in the base game if that's what it took.) Also, where can I find the 4 GB patch? I apologize if this is obvious, but I haven't been able to track it down. Thanks for all of the help.

Thank you for the quick response. I was able to remember, after seeing the MVP 08 mod, that it was created in 2012. All I am trying to do is keep playing from where I left off-- I don't care about upgrading. I just moved to a new computer, that's all, and I don't want to start from scratch. To my knowledge, I installed everything that I installed last time, and it still crashes-- MVP 2005, patch 5, mvp 12, patch 1, patch 2, MegaPack, MVP 13 stadiums, and 2013 schedule. No dice. Any other ideas?

Is there any way to update an owner mode file that I started in either MVP 2008 or 2012 (I can't remember which-- I don't have my old computer, just the save file) to MVP 2015? I've tried installing MVP 2012, and I can play all the way through a game, but it crashes going back to the menu after the game. Same for MVP 2015, and that goes for both playing the game or simulating a game. Any help would be appreciated-- I don't really want to lose my progress. Thank you. Update: It is towards the end of the first season in owner mode, and it is based on the 2005 schedule.

1 & 2. I know there are several threads about this, but I have not seen any with solutions that work while the season is in progress. I really have read through a LOT of threads and done my research. 3. I am using the BaseUp Rosters 2014, Phase 3, running MVP 2013 (correction from earlier-- not 2012). 4. I can't find the tool anywhere-- do you have any idea where it would be? 5. I'm sure it wouldn't be the end of the world, but I would like to at least know that I tried to do what I could. Thanks.

In Owner Mode, whenever I try to simulate up to my MLB game, the game freezes on "Simulating today's games." It is between my AAA team's game (which completes the simulation) and my MLB team's game, so I'm thinking that possibly it is a roster of a team I can't touch in the game? I am playing MVP 2012, and did install all the updates and all the latest rosters when I started the season about a week ago, but now I am about 30 games into the season and really don't want to have to start over. Do you think the issue is with another team's rosters? If so, is there any way I can get to them in my Owner Mode files? I tried turning injuries and suspensions off, but I'm thinking it's an injury or suspension that already happened. I just don't have the email that tells me who just got injured. Any ideas?

That's such a crazy "fix". Have you gotten the home run challenge to work?

Sorry. I'm new here. Update: When I restart my computer, the game works again. If I play it, close the application, then open it back up again (without restarting my computer), it doesn't work. Also, the Home Run Challenge always crashes-- I have not been able to get that to work yet.

Any other ideas? I'd love to get back to playing this game. It works fine with just the original game, but isn't it so much better with the mods?

I should have specified. I am running in administrator mode, and also in compatibility mode for Windows XP, Service Pack 2. That does not work.

I know that you have a lot of people asking different questions about the game crashing. The specific scenario I have that I think is different is this: Everything worked a few days ago-- I could play games, mini games, season, etc. Then, I stopped playing, pulled it up today to play, and everything crashes on the load screen. I have not made any changes to the rosters or mods after it was working. I installed: MVP 2005 MVP 2005 patch 5 MVP 2013 2013 Uniforms/Stadiums BaseUp Rosters 2014 Homer's latest facepack. Any ideas? I appreciate the help, and if I've reposted something that I shouldn't have, feel free to end the thread and direct me to the one that matches.
