I figured it out. It's just the overlay that I am using. When I changed overlays, it was back to normal.

Do you think it's that Fox overlay that changed the pitcher circles to transparent? Or what file actually changes those circles? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi, With a new season approaching, I decided to play 2k12 for a few hours yesterday. One thing that I noticed that when playing the game, my pitcher's tendencies no longer appear. For example - If I were to constantly throw a fastball, pitch after pitch, the pitching meter will turn RED. Now it doesn't show anything. I have the 2k15 total conversion installed for while now, and never noticed this missing until yesterday. Also when I did start the game - I received an error - "The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d11.dll". After about 10 popup boxes telling me about this error, the game did eventually start. And reading about this error on the web, it is a SweetFX problem that is solved by deleting the dxgi.dll file in 2k12 files - which I did. Now when I start - no errors appear. I am using the Steam version with Windows 10. So is this pitching tendency bug because I deleted that dxgi.dll file or could it be something else? Thanks I added a screenshot to show what I mean.. This is after throwing just fastballs - I do see a very pale red outline, but not the solid red as before. Is this part of the total conversion or a bug?

Hi, A quick question for you experts....In order to apply total conversion, do I need to install it on a "clean" version of 2k12? My copy has been modded many times from your talented folks here.... Thank you

Hi All, It was the default drive. I had to re-download the game from amazon and install it on the default dive C. The patch worked fine after that. Now I have to add the mods from my previous version. Only downside is that I am starting from scratch. THANK YOU ALL for your help!

Nothing that I have tried has worked. I submitted a help ticket to 2k along with screen shots dxdiag and msinfo32 docs. hopefully they will find a solution. Is it possible to get a copy of a patched exe file?

Good idea. I'll give it a shot when I get home tonight. Is it just a new exe file that changed with the patch? What would happen if I used someone else's patched exe file with my game? I would not think that is illegal or piracy since I bought the game with the activation codes, right?

No. I am using a different drive (E). I have a couple of mods installed....Stadiums, a fx mod, and a scoreboard mod--but I dont think any of them messed with the .exe file. I hear that gameplay is better or smoother post-patch. Is that correct or does the patch correct the date problem? If just the date problem, I could just keep using Beyondo. Did I miss a prior PC patch? My version is 1.0.1.1. Maybe that is the problem? I really don't understand what the problem might be. Should I try a clean install on the default directory? Thanks

No, I haven't installed any hack...I bought the game through amazon digital download. So there isnt any dvd anyways. I have some mods installed, stadiums and fx mods, but i dont think any of them messed with the .exe file. mmm.

I have the amazon digital download and I cannot get this friggin patch to work! My 2k12 version is 1.0.1.1 --- according to the properties of the program. Any one know how to get it to work? This is my error message: "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows installer because the program to be updated maybe missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify the program to be updated exists on your computer (YES it Does) and that you have the correct upgrade patch" Any Ideas? Thanks

I am having problems getting the bat file to work. I have the amazon version, but when I try it, I get the point where the .exe begins. Thats where it says it cannot find the file. I made sure to change the directory to fit where 2k12 is located...directly from the "properities" line. Beyondo works but it messes up my display settings everytime I exit. I don't know where I am messing up on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
