In the 2k forums they said the player has to actually play in his first major league game, be approved by 2k, and then added to the next roster update. So, technically the next update "SHOULD" have these guys - but not Strasburg until he gets called up and plays in a major league game. Again, this is just what I have read on their forums quoted by their admin.
