An excellent mod to modernize one of the only PC baseball games available with native 4K and modern controller support. It's easy to install and is very well-made

Note: I found that it is impossible to edit anything using the recommended tool. The readme says to import the colors.txt file but Roster Editor fails to import any file and subsequently throws an error every time I click a button

I just wanted to say that after a little bit of playing around and reading through some other posts I able to get this working right.  I'm 64 years old and not that computer smart.  A lot of times I need step by step instructions as I don't know what to actually do.  Sometimes it gets confusing. Sometimes modders just expect people to know just what to do.  I do now.

Now, as for the game and this upgrade, I think it's just awesome.  The detail of everything blows me away.  One thing I noticed that blew me away was the fact that the scoreboard really works in the stadium.  It's not there just for show.  I never seen a working scoreboard in a game before.  I haven't played baseball on the PC since MVP2005.  And after getting a few new computers along the way, that game I couldn't get to work anymore.  I've been playing different sim type games like StratOMatic, Action PC or OOTP ever since.   Thank you.

Amazing mod! I know i am a bit late to this whole thing but i just recently purchased 2k12 on the PC and it is so cool to see that it is still alive and well with updates to this day. Thanks!

This is a great mod! If you follow the instructions to the letter, it will install and run perfectly. I have been impressed with the amount of time and effort to make this the best baseball simulation going. And it will even run under wine if you are a linux user! Great job all around!!!

one helpful criticism a readme.txt would be nice. other than that amazing mod work i cant believe i didnt know of this sooner.

for those having issues first download all of the files. once they are all downloaded then open the first one in each 'pack' example. Total_Uniforms_2K15.7z.001 is the only uniforms file you need to open with 7z. This is the beginning header and 7z grabs the others automatically. this is confusing i agree took me some time to figure this one out. You get the archive error when the beginning file or the ending file is missing. so if you grab Total_Uniforms_2k15.7z.002 then 7z is confused because it is looking for 001....and 001 is what tells 7z to look for the others.

once you open the file in 7zip then extract the contents of the file to your game directory do this for each 'pack' uniforms, faces, stadiums, etc.

place the roster file under C:\Users\*yourusername*\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\Major League Baseball 2K12\Saves

I hope this helps anyone else that may get this while waiting on the 2k17 total conversion to be completed. and yes if you get these files you should be able to get the 2k17 total conversion mod on top of this one.

nervermind I got it working with 7zip

I must first apologize as I'm new to this but where do I copy the files there is no installer. Look like a great mod and I cant wait to use it.

After unzipping I have all these folders...

ALMOST perfect everything is great but since this song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04KQydlJ-qc) is NOT on the soundtrack; i am taking off a full star. look i know soundtracks are a tricky thing but i have to know the answer for this question: is it really too much to ask, that a soundtrack to a sports game include at least ONE maybe a few songs related to the sport??

also, for the record glory days by the boss is about football not baseball

edited ok the ac/dc song is about baseball but i'm still taking of a star do the lack of the aforementioned song

i like what your team did for the mlb2k15. its really great now i can play the 2015 one woohoo.. keep up the good work. i downloaded the 2k15 mods. the only thing that gets me is the loose file that go with it  but i post it on mlb 2k12 Support  and ask. i gave a 5 star hehe ..

Hi I need to know how to install the mod mlb2k15 to mlb2k14 , I downloaded the files but not how. Thank you

What opens is cool but over half of the 7z files won't open. Its gives an archive error.

edit. K I Finally figured it out. I wasn't familiar with 7zip and i was trying to extract each file 1 by 1. You can't do that or the 002, 003 files will give you an error. You have to add them all to 7zip and extract together. So for example Audio.7z.001 , Audio.7z.002, and Audio.7z.003 you have to extract all together. just highlight all 3 and drag into 7z and extract. I gurauntee that's whats hindering the others with archive errors. 

And I add more stars now to 5 stars. my bad lol
