you gotta use fshed, to import with transparency

import as a psd file

then save the new fsh, then move it into the igshapes folder i think

you dont need eagraph at all

heres the default cam line settings, just use the datafile decompressor utility tool, and copy these lines over the original ones, i also use textpad prog to edit them makes life easier, line 52 controls the zoom in out

yes you can keep the original size bar by changinf the fel file, gimme a sec aill post it here in a minute

heres the default size

just copy it over your other ingame.big file

Thanks for providing the default size...Very nice views but I also prefer the sharper/original size bar.

that may be alil difficult, cuz youd have to do a lot of cutting and pasting of the original one to the new one cuz the igsrc files contains those graphics plus all the icons and stuff, you couls altaer the oone imade or you can just use the original one from the game, the igsrc files has all of the original ones,

been working on v2 this will take a lil longer with so many different requests, but all requests sound cool and most are things i want to see also

-itll have an option for a new pitcher select screen, fuzz is gonna help on that one

-it'll also have a couple choices for the overlays, like the original pitch meter, although im working on cleaning the one I one up a lil bit

-it will also have the extra option of having another batting camera in the the other two open spots, i figure most people dont use the camera 3 or 4 option or even the 1 option, so i can replace those with any other cams yall want just post any requests here

their are 4 camera hitting spots,

1 can be any requested here ,like trues batting or any other option

2. could be new maybe the original fisheye from Kamasutra

3. the modded fisheye I made

4. user request open, but maybe the default view

any other valid ideas welcome! lolz no fuzzy looking pitch selections, im having a hard enough time trying to come with a new one lolzz any ideas?

Ok, I don't want to be a complete *** about this, but I'd suggest darkening that stupid yellow baserunning icon for your 2nd version..I tried doing it myself, but keep getting numerous errors...Like I said before, it's a little too light when you're playing in the day when the PIP window is against the sky... just a suggestion.

And you should definately leave the batting camera you made...It's better than any other one I've seen

..Ill stop complaining now... :|

...and keep in mind that I'm only giving suggestions to IMPROVE the mod, and not to criticize your work.

Don't in any way mean to sound ungrateful with what you provided but here are my suggestions....

#1...I like the pitching view that comes with the trues/Roddata4 datafile....Camera is behind and a little off to the right side of the pitcher. This, IMO, works very well for both right hand and left hand batters.

#2...There is a batting view (someone said in HH) which is directly behind the batter but it also shows the catcher (much like the pitcher's head in your pitching cam view).

Suggestions only and certainly not criticisms.....Great stuff you did, you betcha! :mrgreen:

Haven't downloaded it yet, will sure try it out. Love the screenshots, looks very interesting, including the new pitching & pitch/throw meters.

I congratulate you (as always) Rol-meister, I know how much work that respresents. Great job Sir.

THE THING I LOVE THE MOST IS THE BATTING VIEW!!!!

Just some suggestions:

1) the pitching meter looks a little cartoonie (if you know what i mean)

2) Fielding views are a little bit funky...Too hard to field!

3) PIP window, it could have been a black liner to go around it...'Cause it's hard to see it in a day game!

4) The pitching view looks kinda bad, with the head sticking up...

But everything else rocks!!!!

BTW i played some more games with the mode....

Batting view: It's too hard to see what kind of pitch it is....But if you make it a little bit higher it would help a lot!

I see these ALL as just ideas to bounce off, I am making this mod mostly for myself and my personel tastes, because im a hard enough person to satisfy let alone everyone lolz. The comments are ALL welcome, Version 2 will definitely be better with more people getting their input on this. So if i feel the need to make any of the many requests a reality it, of course, it has to be something Im interested in making, im trying to make an installer, once I or if I figure out how , then i could probably incorporate most peoples requests lolz

Will probably try, it shouldn't be a problem to darken it a lil bit, I play mostly at dodger stadium, so I probably didnt notice the light contrast, should be slightly darkened in V2

#1 I agree entirely i am not satisfied with pitching meter, i may lower the size a little and definitely redo the outline, it looks a too sloppy and amatuerish.

#2 I personally love the fielding views, its a little difficult at first, takes some getting use to, but something i really dig, i love the zoom views, it makes the action more real instead of just watching on tv lolz

#3 It could have a black liner, but im pretty satisfied with it, i may try it since i havnt tested the PIP window against light skies.

I wish knew how to do that, But if I did I would put in the optional lines, I dunno if Kamasutra did that one or somebody, sounds familiar, I wish I could change the music that would be sweet! i wanna hear another Bite the dust when someone strikes out!

I actually saw the batting view w/catcher in one of the batting views offered in chukj45 camera and gameplay datafiles dated 5/9...version 1.2

I recall someone posting that the view was offered in a version of HH...but I can't provide much more info. than that....

I no longer use chukj45's datafile but I do remember first seeing that view as one of his batting views, which I thought looked very realistic...It was either batting view 3 or 4.

Hey Rolie, I would definitely throw in Trues' batting camera. btw, looks great, I am gonna check it out now. I'll check out my sliders to see how they work with this. If they need some tweaking, I'll see what I can do.

Actually, Kamasutra had deleted the walk-up and between-innings music in one of his mod's. It's pretty sweet and really changes the atmosphere of the game.

Question: Is it possible to have 2 different views going in a game? ie: When my team is in the field, I want to play the game from the pitcher's POV, and when I am at the plate, I want the batter's POV. It seems that if I select the pitcher's view, it is that way for both teams, etc. Am I missing something or is that hard-coded into the game?

Why would you guys want to delete those?? How exactly does having music between innings bother you? It just makes the game more realistic...There's no reason to get rid of the walk-ups either, you just press a button on your controller and it skips it, and takes you to your at-bat...problem solved.

The announcers on the other hand.

I have had them shut off since day 2
