With my recent reinstall I have not had any luck getting my old Guru REDitor II keys to work either. I have emailed Vlad several times with no response so I am weary about purchasing any more licenses from Vlad.Just caught this now.On REDitor II, go to Request New Key, then type in the name you used to register and the email to have the new keys sent to you.Now, this is very important: Make sure you type in your old keys (pfft, type, copy and paste the entire string as if you were registering the program) into the Product Key box.Click the "Confirm" box and then click Send. If you don't get any response or anything in the next few days, send an email to Vlad at reditor@ya.ru and he will get back to you within a day or so due to Russian time.
