Pretty much any sport you can think of, graphic design, road tripping, discovering new diners and dives. Might be Guy Fieri. Might be less of a douche than that.

  1. I created a complete cyberface pack that includes Dave Martinez.
  2. If I'm not mistaken, it should be in the progress.big file which can be found in the data/database folder.
  3. I'm really torn here. I think I like the grass better. I tried to simulate the dirt, but it just doesn't look right.
  4. Holy crap. I just found the picture of Ken Griffey Jr. taking batting practice at Safeco under construction. I see that there's no grass there yet, so I'm going to remove the grass from the under construction mod and see how that looks.

This stadium didn't make the cut for MVP Baseball 1998, as I decided to add Doubleday Field and BC Place in Canada to the mix. Plus, it fits better as a minor league park anyway. This is a stadium mod for Cashman Field in Las Vegas, NV. It is the former home of the Las Vegas Stars/51s and was a home field for the Oakland A's for a few games in 1996 while the Oakland Coliseum was being renovated. This mod also works for Total Classics 84, 93, 94, 95, and 98. This mod will replace AAA Stadium 3 in a default install of MVP Baseball 2005. To install, simply use TiT. As always, please remember to back up your files.
  6. Was playing a game at the under construction Safeco and I was having a real issue with depth perception and focus while pitching using the reverse cam while pitching. Too much gray. So because of that, I decided to cave and add seats to the Safeco mod. Still no crowd and there's still a lot of concrete, but I think it'll be a little more user friendly when it comes to pitching. Here's an updated screenshot of the batter's view. And now, here's the reverse view. All that green area where you see the seats was just a gray that matched the staircases, so yeah. I think it's a little better.
  7. I'll be honest, I'm not pleased with Aloha. It's just basically Three Rivers without the huge ads on the top of the bleachers. There's no way that I could create the exact placement of the scoreboard and the retractable seating. I tried to use Tropicana, but no luck. I just went and reworked things. Rather than using Three Rivers or Tropicana, I managed to solve a big problem I was having. With domed stadiums, if you take away their roof and sides, it just looks black because there's no sky in there. So it's almost as if it was missing an alpha image. I just imported a daytime sky from a different stadium and got fantastic results. I used Olympic Stadium as a base and managed to change things around enough to make it look sort of like Aloha. The empty space where the side scoreboards used to be is designed that way because Aloha Stadium had gaps in the seats due to their retractable nature. I've attached some pics!
  8. Stadiums are all finished.
  9. Just finished the Sydney Olympic baseball stadium, which was completed in February 1998. Next I just have to finish Cashman Field in Las Vegas!
  10. Yup! The Kingdome will be the primary home of the Mariners. The under construction Safeco will be in a Classic Stadium slot.
  11. So I did a little bit of stadium modding tonight. I created Aloha Stadium from a Three Rivers template and I created BC Place in Vancouver from the Metrodome. They're both okay, nothing to write home about but clearly new stadia. But anyway, here's my absolute favorite creation. In 1998, Safeco Field was under construction and well on its way to completion. So, why don't we let you play there too? I've utilized the old BP collision data mod by mike360 back in 2009. All you need to do is mute the crowd noise yourself and you'll be playing in Safeco Field a year early! I'll be creating Cashman Field in Las Vegas next for the 98 mod.
  12. As mentioned in the chatbox, I've finished stats, attributes, and portraits for MLB and AAA. I'm working on AA portraits now, and I've got historical stats in for everyone on the free agent list too. Right now it's just a matter of getting everything put together. Then I just have to adjust some player audio and do a last lookover. Portraits are what's the most pain right now because I'm editing players so that their picture lines up with what team they're on. When you get lower in the minor leagues, it's tougher.
  13. I commented in the chat box, but I think it would be awesome if you could upload all of this info into a Word document or something and then upload it to the Files section. That way it doesn't get buried and people will be able to find it a little easier. Great work!!!

This is a stadium mod for Sahlen Field in Buffalo, the temporary home of the Toronto Blue Jays. Included are day and night versions. To install, drop the skydday.big and skydnite.big files into your data\stadium folder. To get accurate camera angles, insert skydday.txt and skydnite.txt into your datafile.big file. Please note - this mod will overwrite Rogers Centre in a clean install of MVP Baseball 2005. Always remember to back up your files. Please Note: This mod is based off the great work by bodhiball, who created Dunn Tire Park back in 2006. Much like Buffalo, I just put a fresh coat of paint on everything.
  15. I'm not sure if there's a file in the MLB2K folder, but I just created a mod for 2020 Sahlen Field in MVP.
