Questions about possible My Player improvements

Hello there,

First post on here. I was curious whether there are any mods, or if there will be any mods in the future that could improve upon the abysmal look choices of the MyPlayer player? I would be happy with some preset options tbh that give me no choice but look good. I just think the way the myplayer model looks in the original game is abysmal as are the choices.
