Is There A Mini Cd To Mount For Mvp 2004 Like There Is For 2005

i was wondering if there was a mini cd to mount while playing mvp 2004 like there is with 2005. i dont really want to keep the cd in the drive. i guess if there isnt i could just make a full image and mount it. any help would be great. thanks. B
