Hey folks, just got kg's rosters and played a sweet exhibition game. Been waiting for this day for a while now, anxious to start a franchise. However, I'd like to play a 1/3 scale schedule so 54 games would hit the spot. I know there are a couple of downloads out there that make 50 and 100 game schedules, but as far as I know nothing that allows you to directly change the number of games to whatever you want. Is there such a program? If not, how could I go about making these changes myself? Also, what steps would I have to take to properly start the franchise after this schedule change, like maybe using the schedule updater or face updater and whatnot?
I'd really appreciate any help with this, I'm so pumped right now after this first game with the new rosters. As it happens, I worked an opposing pitcher's count to over 100 for the first time ever in my MVP career. Dice-K as a matter of fact, it was a thing of beauty. Working counts, getting walks (5), just a beauty of a game. Playing as the Dodgers, I was up 4-1 in the 9th when I brought in my closer, Takashi Saito. The dude gave up 3 hits and 2 runs, making things pretty damn tense. He pulled it out in the end however, with JD Drew smoking one right up towards him, looking poised to fly right through his legs, but Saito came through and gloved it, throwing to Loney at first for the out and the save. Woooo!
