aeriel camera view

could someone please point me towards where I could download a cam thats similar to a behind the plate nosebleeds view? I did do a search for such a cam and found the code to insert in the datafile.txt However, I tried inserting this text myself and no changes to the camera seemed to take place when I started my game.

Here is the code I found:

would it be a problem for someone to send me the datafile.txt with this code already inserted because I seem to be doing something wrong.
