compmaniac
Introducing...CTS Screen Maker! All you need to run the program, and follow the directions in the program, and it'll make a 58bd.fsh file out of a picture file for you! http://mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=3736.html I should tell you that I'm not that good at programming, so if anybody has any suggestions, please tell me. I'm also interested in making this program have a GUI as well, such as with Basic .NET. Would anybody care to explain to me how I would do it in .NET? Also, does anybody want to tell me how I could (either in DOS, or .NET) how I could have the user specify his/her MVP Baseball 2005 folder so that the program can automatically pack the finished 58bd.fsh file into the user's bkgnds.big? Thanks a whole lot.
MarlinsMS_35
CTS' are overrated. That program is nice though. Nice work.
compmaniac
Thanks, kennyess. You can tell, though, that I'm not a good programmer...everything is in the black text window...no gui at all. Any suggestions (can you also look at http://mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=3730.html)?
compmaniac
I'm going to upload an update to this program soon, with a built-in thingy that can place either fizzjob's (http://mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=1566.html) or Dagger147's (http://mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=3029.html) CTS Templates on the final picture. Does anybody think that's a good idea? Also, does anybody have any criticisms to say? I want some opinions...like was this project a waste of time...what improvements I should make...how I would make this into a .NET GUI interface instead... compmaniac
Also, I know that when an image isn't x by x, it stretches the image. Do you have any solutions to this problem? If I don't stretch it, it'll leave ugly white space aronud the picture, right?
