Kevin Youkilis player photo not working

I downloaded an awesome cyberface for kevin youkilis. I went into mvpedit to try to change the face. I found youkilis and clicked on the "appearance" tab. I clicked on the face and a new box that said "update face" came up. I clicked "new picture" and found the cyberface .bmp and clicked open. In the "update face" box, it looked great and updated, but when I clicked "ok", the old cyberface was there.

Please help if you know what's wrong. Thanks.
