Also, does anyone know how you get dry socket? The damn office is closed so I can't even call them and ask. Yeah, I never had that, my gums healed really quickly, and in a day I was back to eating normally. Just take it easy for a week or so and you won't get one. And, like tebjr said, don't use a straw for a while, too. And the lady broke one of the four wisdom teeth on the way out, and that one hurt like hell for a week. sureshot25 Posted July 21, 2007 Author Share Posted July 21, 2007 So far I've been only eating soft things. Yesterday I went to bed at 11 am, didnt wake up until about 9:30 this morning. I didnt get any sleep the previous night. I work overnight so my sleep schedule is gonna be screwed up big time. So far I've had mashed up banannas, apple sauce, and mashed potatoes. For drinks I've had milk, water and soda. I used the gauze for the first day. I'm just curious cause like I said earlier, the damn office is closed. They're not open until Monday.
