Are these global changes also incorporated in the file that controls generated rookies (can't remember the actual file name)? If not the mod would only be toned down for single season play. Looks great though!

Would it be possible to have a version of the new extractor that creates the Neojonas layout? I want to be able to use the more detailed data in a database to track seasons. Great work as usual!!
