already am admin on this computer thanks.. any other ideas?

Cannot get this roster editor to install running windows 7 32-bit after running the setup file and choosing directory to install it says "error opening file for writing C:\program files ................. etc. Click abort to stop the installation, retry to try again or ignore to skip this file" I've tried using 7-zip to directly extract the file but it says cannot open the output file any suggestions? thanks!
