This might sound crazy, but I remember that I had an issue when trying to run NHL 2004 on windows 11. the game refused to load, and I just had a white screen. Believe it or not it was an issue with my mechanical keyboard. When I disconnected the keyboard the game would load perfectly every time. i think some hardware might interfere with old games. I was having trouble loading MVP 2005 and was just getting the white screen with a blue circle. As soon as I disconnected the keyboard it loaded up. Try and disconnect keyboards, usb mice, headsets etc. and see if iit works for you. I hope I am saving some people some headaches.
