There doesn't seem to be a keystroke, so maybe it's in an .iff file? I want to grab some screenshots, but the cursor is a real distraction. Thanks a lot. Edit: I was just looking at highlightcreate.iff. It looks like it could contain the cursor, but the images are just a bunch of pixels.
