About This File

My advice is to download the generic mod enabler. This way u do not have to replace any files.Make a negro league folder

inside the mod enabler then when u start the enabler then just enabel that folder and the unis will show in game.Turn off

the enabler when u want to revert back to the originals or choose another modded folder

u can get the enabler here http://www.users.on....ucts-jsgme.html

If u dont want to use the enabler then u have to unzip the files and add them to the main 2k folder. And the files will replace the originals,so this is when

u will want to have a copy of the original somewhere else,in case u need to put the originals back in game.

U may notice that the unis during daylight games may have a weird look. From what im told this is because of how 2k did their daylight shading.

so theres not much i can do about it unless someone figures a way to by pass this.

With the negro league unis i am very limited on what the unis actually look like esprcially the pants. The tops are not too hard

but to actually find pics of the whole unis are very hard to come by at least in color. So most will not be 100% accurate but

should be very close

the following files are from the Philadelphia Stars and the Zulu Cannibals Giants.

here is a little history on the Zulu team. The jersey was actually a jacket from the team that i made into a jersey.

ZUlu Cannibals Giants History:

The Zulu Cannibal Giants were an African American baseball team (they referred to themselves as a Baseball "Zulu Tribe",

based on a concept inspired by the war in Ethiopia) formed in 1938 by Charlie Henry in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Zulu Cannibal Giants gained notoriety for their propensity to turn a baseball game into a comedy performance,

much in the same way that the Harlem Globetrotters did with basketball many years later. The Zulu Cannibal Giants

decorated their faces and bodies with African tribal paint, went shirtless, wore only grass skirts, used special

custom-made baseball bats crafted to supposedly resemble Ethiopian war clubs, and always played barefoot.

Although the team was extremely popular with the public, some black athletes disapproved of the Cannibals because

of the stereotype.

At some point in their career they were managed by New York promoter Syd Pollock, who also managed a similar

novelty team called the Indianapolis Clowns (also known as the Cincinnati Clowns, and the Ethiopian Clowns).

Popularly regarded as a Negro League team, they technically were not accepted members of the formal league.

Even though the cannibal Giants actually didnt use jerseys,i found a jacket they wore which was my inspiration to

make a uniform as a tribute to the team. These were players who played the game for fun and made it fun for others and not for money like most of todays games are
