a problem of using EAgraph!!!

first of all , i wanna thx all the friends here, you're really giving lots helps

for me. this time i got a little problem about using EAgraph.

when i import the keichii Yabu's cyberface that i download from here

but it shows a error message" I/O error 998"

is anyone know what does that mean? and please tell me how to fix

this problem...it's very appreciate for your help...thx!!
