Installation problem

Ok I just bought mvp 2005 for the PC and when I install it, the installation stops at 53%.I waited and waited and nothing happened.It doesn't ask for the second disk or anything,just sits there.

Is there anyway to fix this?

53%? :? Even though it's not asking, that's exactly when the second game disc should be inserted.

I'd try it again and when the installation gets to 53% again, look at your disc drive and make sure there's no activity and then swap game discs.

Also, if you have 2 disc drives, you might want to just throw in both CDs and see what happens.

Do you have AntiVirus software running? I've sometimes had problems installing other applications when my AntiVirus software is running. Sometimes, installations can be really slow, because the AntiVirus software is scanning every file that is being installed.

Try installing again, but turn off any AntiVirus software first.

Yeah it never asks for the othe disc.

I turned off the antivirus and that didn't work.

I tried it in both drives and that didn't work either.

That's really odd man. :? I guess, for what it's worth, I'd try to swap the discs and see if it "kick-starts" the installation wizard since having the discs in two different drives isn't working.
