EDIT: Well, I did have a magazine article that had a pic of his cutter grip, but I cant find it within the hustle N' Bustle of moving. Sorry. Just hold it like a curve, but throw it like a fastball. With the knuckle curve, look in this forum, and you should be able to find one.
