Gordo Posted July 7, 2006 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Maybe this has been discussed or attempted before, but I was wondering if there was anyway to make the catch circle smaller. Since the pitch meter accuracy band can be adjusted, I was wondering if this was possible too. I doubt I'll ever play on MVP fielding level, but if the circle was smaller, maybe that would require more skill to get to the right spot? You would need to D/L the DF Compression utility and I would recommend maddiedaddies datafile line spreadsheet to give you an idea of IF it can be done, and if so, what line needs edited in the datafile. Someone like Trues who adjusts those things in overlays could probably adjust this as well. Gordo Posted July 8, 2006 Author Share Posted July 8, 2006 I decompressed a datafile and the only thing I see repeated under "circle" is "circle matrix", but it's hard to tell what it is......tho it seems to have something to do with fielding. A few of the early values are "8" and most of the other are "1". Kamasutra Posted July 9, 2006 Share Posted July 9, 2006 briefly: you export the file (object/export) you open it in photoshop you edit it in photoshop (minimal photoshop skills required) you import the file that you edited in photoshop (tools/graphic importer) you save the file you load the game, play the game, and wonder in amazement at how crappy your work looks ..it's ok, it's your first try. voila did you try messaging an overlay modder?
