I want to start a fantasy draft, but want to add some extra cash to a low payroll team like the Royals. I mean I wouldn't turn them into the Evil Empire, just give them some breathing room for some added depth.

technically, you can do something with mvpedit, but it's not exactly what you want..

you can: edit a couple of players salary to be way over their actual salary in the rosters (example: Carl Everett from 1,695/year to 4095/year)

you get the idea. Your team budget then is whatever you want it to be.

I don't think you can do this for a fantasy draft though. Only if you're starting from a roster you edit yourself. But you can turn this into a fantasy draft simply by trading the players who's salary you edited.

So your budget goes from say 18,000 to 23,000 with just 1 player edited...etc..

Btw, i tested this and it works fine with the expos. Although I prefer to use their lowly budget. Makes it more of a challenge.
