Now some GMs have quit and there's about 8 teams that are currently open. I believe all open teams are in the re-building phases (some further along than others). It's a pretty intricate league. It's played on Baseball Mogul 2006, which is free to download (if you didn't know). The regular season and post season take about 5 weeks combined to complete. The off-season time length depends on the GM activity. It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to complete. The league started with the 2005 season and is currently heading into the 2015 off-season.
