Will this graphics card be good for MVP

Will this graphic work with mvp and run it smoothly (currently I have a Nvidia GeForce4 MX integrated 64MB card and the game is very close to running perfect.

this is the card i want to get. I don't know anything about clock speed or anything like that so i just want to see if this is compatable.
