There is an installer in there called MLBInstaller, run it, sit back, relax, enjoy. That's the way I did it. Mav3rek, I'm not sure what update you are using, however Patch 2 of the 07 Mod installs all the faces and #451 is in fact Alex Gordon. Dwillisster, the mod itself does not run if it cannot detect a Data folder. I don't see what you're talking about.
