dal342 Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 I have MVP 2005 installed on my computer. I recently upgraded to the MVP 08. It had worked fine on my old video card which was a Direct x9. I upgraded my system to Vista and Direct x10. Now I get an error message which says that the game needs Direct x9 to run? Is there a plug in or update available that I can make it run on Direct x10? I'm still running on XP, so I can't offer much help, but perhaps someone running on Vista can provide some help. Do you have the following installed: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en It will update your DirectX 10 to the latest version(s) as well as install any and all missing DirectX 9 files.
