I think I had the wrong program in the folder I was attempting to create the oedit file: Make sure ord2 to o is in the folder. I had o to ord. The notepad file is written for example face c438 as: ord2o c438.ord c438.orl c438.o Save As a .bat file and choose all files If this does not work and before you pull your hair out, PM and I will send you all the files you will put in a folder (the ord to 0.exe the o t ord.exe and the ord to o.bat and o to ord.bat) Oedit may drive you crazy. Work very slowly once you get the hang of it. If you plan to due a completely new face, I am trying to do Mickey Mantle, your image (texture) for the eye area has to match dead on onto the oedit 3D or else in the game the 3D eyes that move around will be not overlayed onto the static eyes.
