Vikrant Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 After I get a lead off 1st base and I'm holding down the button to steal, the CPU's pitcher will throw to the base and I don't know how to retreat properly. The close-up pitcher/base runner screen will display and I'm not sure how to get back to 1st base properly. Keep holding steal button and hit retreat button few times? Does the base runner automatically go back to 1st when there is an attempted pick-off? In the base running drills, it seems to be automatic but no luck in actual game play. DonSPa Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 what u can do is open up the controller options and look under the baserunning options and see which button is assigned for u .Sometimes they will jump back on thier own but other times they dont so i always try and do it manually and most times u have to be quick jumping back Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
