I ran into an issue yesterday with a file and the site apparently thinks I have downloaded many times, when in point of fact, I have only managed to get ONE file from here so far. So, in trying to download another file today (the next day) I get the following message: [#10860] You have exceeded the maximum amount of downloads allotted to you by the administrator for the day.
