Also, you need to save each uniform individually otherwise it will revert back to normal when you click a different one in the editor. The edited uniforms appear in normal game mode, but not in franchise mode, because the editor won't open the FXG file. Don't know why, it won't open 2k12 FXG but it opens 2k11 FXG.
