Taylor87 Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 How do you create or edit uniforms/accessories? I am just curious how difficult it is to modify a uniform. What type of program do you need to do these creations? Is it possible for the average person to learn quickly how to make their own graphic mods at home?
