Morhaky Posted March 5, 2005 Share Posted March 5, 2005 You're probably doing the same thing I did, pressing the 'steal' button by mistake. hoosier4974 Posted March 5, 2005 Share Posted March 5, 2005 no, I'm sure I don't press the steal button Well, you actually issue a steal command two different ways (depending on how you have your controller configured) In my case, a steal can be ordered using the direction pad over/under the left thumbstick to send the currently selected baserunner or a global steall (all baserunners) can be ordered by pressing the left trigger. You may be hitting it and just dont realize it. Also, go into controller configuration and see if you have the steal command associated with a different button than those mentioned above. Just had a thought but I'm at work and can't verify this. Does the game have an option to turn automatic baserunning on, meaning the CPU will run for you??? What difficulty level you playing on ?? Because I believe alot of automatic stuff is on by default at levels below Pro. Just a few thoughts......... Hope you figure it out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Viceman2004 Posted March 5, 2005 Share Posted March 5, 2005 I had this problem. WHenever I moved my stance, it would set my runners to steal.
