A customized dynasty mode in an external program integrated into the MVP

Since we don't have an authentic college baseball game for the PC, I was wondering if it would be possible to integrate an external program (with a graphical interface, like a game manager such as OOTP)) into MVP baseball, which could simulate the dynamics of college baseball, or even a customized dynasty mode where it could simulate any baseball league, be it Highschool, college, AAA, single A or even a professional league from any country. Basically, you could define the level of new players or players available for signing, the progression of player ratings, and the maximum they can reach; you could any any type of championship. It would be as if it were possible to integrate OOTP (unfortunately, OOTP doesn't use ratings from 0 to 99 like MVP) into MVP..

I don't think there's a way to hook something like that into the game but I know what you mean

I had this idea after seeing that the Madden 08 community develops draft classes, where they've released draft classes from 1987 to the present day. You can play Franchise Mode with real players from the past, which is much more immersive than the game being full of generic players throughout the seasons.
