BigTrain0425 Posted March 29, 2005 Share Posted March 29, 2005 First off - the patch works great for what it does. No stutter, smooth as silk - maxed out on detail. Grass looks great. Now the bad news - I am using the KMS datafile/camera setup and everything worked fine before the new patch. Now my players SLIDE INTO EVERY BASE ALL OF THE TIME! It is impossible to do anything but go station to station. I did not have much of a stutter problem pre patch so I may just have to remove it unless anyone has any suggestions. Thanks. Something to try before scrapping the patch. PS. TarheelsMark Posted March 30, 2005 Share Posted March 30, 2005 I have a Firestrom Thrustmaster game pad and have the same problems as you. Before I play, I always recalibrate it. Works just fine after that. Not sure why it only happens on this game though. Hope it works for you. A comparison of the stock datafile from before and after applying the patch showed the files to be identical.
