Initstaz.big / Initstay.big

Hi all,

Has anyone had any success unpacking initstay.big (the .big file contained within initstaz.big)?

I could see its contents in EAGE, and I got excited because it seemed like it contained the files that map uniform textures to player models, but I can't extract it -- gfxpak gives me an error, something like "(File name) cannot be opened for reading."

Am I doing something wrong? Do I have an outdated version of gfxpak? Can anyone else unpack initstay.big?

Tried that. Opened initstay.big in EAGE, but the Extract function wouldn't work -- actually, it would work for the .fsh files inside, but not for the .ord and .o files (which is what I wanted to get at).

Have you been able to extract the whole thing?

I cant seem to exctract the o and ord files either
