    1894 Baltimore Orioles Package v. 2 for Total Classics 10 by Deadballfan BACKUP your files before you install! Especially, portrait.big, models.big, and uniforms.big This pack is designed to replace either the 2006 Detroit Tigers or 1962 NY Mets (your choice) in Total Classics 10. This team has a roster of 22 players with portraits for 18 of them. INSTALL Instructions: There are four (4) zip files included of which THREE (3) would be used for installation. Total Installer Thingy worked flawlessly on all but the last file. More on that in a moment. 94b_06d.zip - These files will replace the logos, uniforms, roster, team name text, and PBP announced team name of the 2006 Detroit Tigers (Yankees' AA slot) with the 1894 Baltimore Orioles. (Do not use if replacing the '62 Mets.) 94b_62m.zip - These files will replace the logos, uniforms, roster, team name text, and PBP announced team name of the 1962 New York Mets (Rangers' A slot) with the 1894 Baltimore Orioles. (Do not use if replacing the 2006 Tigers.) PBP.zip - The players' play by play (PBP) files do not depend on which Total Classics team slot is replaced. portraits.zip - The players' portrait files do not depend on which Total Classics team slot is replaced. NOTE: I've been having problems with Total Installer when adding new portraits to the portraits.big file. One work around was to use eagraph or bigGUI to add the .fsh files to portrait.big. Then I would run Total Installer using the portraits.zip file. Even if the compression on the files I added wasn't right initially (& caused MVP to crash), Total Installer seemed to fix the portrait install when there was an fsh file to overwrite. NOTE: The install is defaulted to exhibition play which displays stats and ratings for all 120 teams (not just MLB). If you plan to use dynasty play, replace team.dat in the zip file with the matching dynasty_play_team_dat file. Example: Replacing the Tigers with the Orioles, want to play a TC10 dynasty. Remove team.dat from 94b_06d.zip. Rename 94B_06D_dynasty_play_team_dat to team.dat and replace in 94b_06d.zip. Install 94b_06d.zip with T.I. Thingy.     WBC Portrait Add On Pack #1 by deadballfan This is a portrait pack (first of several, I hope) intended to complete the set of portraits for the WBC Caribe mod. Install (please, backup your database folder and portrait.big files first): The FSH folder has updated portraits for 20 players to be placed in portrait.big. The new photo IDs will need to be assigned in the roster file(s). The method I used to install (There are probably easier ways): Place the FSH folder in your WBC Caribe directory and use Total Installer Thingy. Import the roster data files to MVP Edit, assign the new photo IDs to the updated players, and export the data files back to your WBC Caribe install's database directory. I'm not connected with the Caribe team and have not included any of their original work in this release. Open or import the 1964 season datafiles in MVP Edit. (from data/database/ folder of TC 1964 install) Use the Import -> Team (Replace Option) to insert the 1964 players in the all star team spots. This will have to be done for each All Star Squad. Export the data files to your TC 1964 MVP Baseball /data/database folder. All the credit goes to the TC team. All I did was copy and paste players into the all star teams, fix the lineups & managers, and throw in makeshift rotations. Note: This All Star Game was originally played at Shea Stadium (NL: home team).

Teams: USA (3), Dominican (2), Canada, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Mexico, Australia Logos: In place for the 10 teams above, some are better than others, certainly open to any ideas, submissions, etc. LOC files have been updated so the names will display correctly in the game. What's in this package (PLEASE backup your original files): Roster files, put in MVPdatadatabase folder LOC files, put in MVPdata folder Logos.big, put in MVPdatafrontend folder ur3wcupbeta2.mbe - can be opened, viewed, edited, etc with MVP Edit, but not necessary for installation portrait (FSH) files - many thanks to sonickim, wedss, and HFLR for all their help with these Any player that isn't in Total Portraits has been included. EA Graphic Editor can be used to import the files (Please backup portrait.big before adding them. Should be able to find instructions on mvpmods if needed. Later full versions will include an installer) What's not: Uniforms, Stadium mods, overlays, faces, audio, etc. If you have any problems downloading, installing, or anything, post in the WBC thread with something useful and detailed on exactly what the game is doing or what errors you are getting.

    1894 Baltimore Orioles Package by Deadballfan For MVP 2005, specifically Total Classics 2005. This team has a roster of 22 players. You will need MVP Studio and/or MVPEdit. The met should import on a 2005 mbe roster file if you can't wait for TC 2005. You can use the uniform with the team or it makes a decent alternate Orioles or Dodgers uniform. (You can read the long readme on how this team relates to the Dodger blue.) Portraits: 18 of the players have one. Uniform: My very first attempt at editing one. There are two versions of the FxxxY.fsh file. The default has all black alphas so names and numbers WILL NOT show through, no matter what team slot is used. I have included an alternate file that will let them show if you want. Many thanks to all you old time gurus for the great files, websites, and tips. Thanks to Mr Glass for his MVPEdit, Fuzz for his MVP Studio, and to the writers of nfshtool, biggui, and eagraph.
