About This File

Ebbets Field - Brooklyn Version 3.0 by PaulW and Hyman Major upgrade of previous Ebbet's field versions. New features include: 1) Completely reconfigured stands to correct height and alignment including new collision data 2) Fully working scoreboard 3) Correct grandstand color scheme 4) Lots of graphic updates including hi-res screen, new hi-resolution right-field buildings, stadium steel work and more 5) New field, sky and lighting textures. INSTALLATION: Copy the file aaa1nite.big into your ...mvp/data/stadium folder. Copy the file aaa1nite.txt into your ...mvp/data folder. You *must* use this file for the stadium to render properly. For best lighting open the file ...mvp/data/stadium/lighting.csv and make sure that aaa1nite (line 36) has the value 02day. This file will open with and can be edited by Microsoft Excel. When you click Save a dialogue box will appear. Just select yes in response to the message. CREDITS: Very special graditude goes out to Hyman whose work turned Ebbets from Shibe Park with Ebbet's Field features to the real Ebbet's Field. Fantastic work with OEdit in re-configuring the corners and outfield stands. There is no way this project could have been accomplished without all of the time and effort he put in. He did all of the real work. He is also responsible for the fun little feature of Ebbets - the '50s celebrity fans. He taught me so very, very much. Graphics and majority of art work by PaulW (yours truly). I got to do all the fun stuff like make signs, create some buildings and try to get as realistic a feel as possible. I'm just the "artsy" guy. Thanks to MVPMods for giving us a place to share our work and special thanks to Total Classics which allows dreamers like me to do a bit of baseball time-tripping. Conctact Info: paul.wangerin@cuw.edu Why is this file in WINRAR format instead of a simple Microsoft compressed folder? Because Microsoft did a number on my PC with one of their last security updates. It's still recovering. Way to go Microsoft.
