Added 2011 advertisements.
Installation:
Copy stadium_php.iff to your C:\Program Files\2K Sports\MLB 2K11 folder (backup your original file first).
Many ads are reused in the wrong places. I have done my best to make sure the majority of the ads are in the correct positions.
The scoreboard has changed for 2011 but since 2k11 is still using the stadiums from 2k10, the ad layout is the same as last year.
