I have tried to download various rosters and I keep getting the same error message.

"The Compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupt."

Also I am not real good with computers but when the download box comes up do I hit "Open" or "Save"? If it's save then do I just look for the MVP 2005 program file and save it in there?

Thank you for any and all assitance!!

So far I have uninstalled MVP 05 from my PC and tried to download various rosters and I have saved some to my desktop, some to the MVP 2005 program file and some to the MVP 2005 folder under My Documents in Windows XP and I still have the original roster from EA Sports.

I am not a computer expert so will somebody please walk me through this processs??

Thank you to all for your help.

I have made progress by finding this great thread and followed the procedures.

Downloaded MVPEDIT program.

I dowloaded my new roster for the 1st time located the .mbe file and went through the import part to the database folder and then hit export to the database folder. I then loaded MVP on the PC and is still had the default rosters and I did reset the roster as outlined so it would pickup my new exported rosters but they have not changed.

What part did I miss?

I think I am so close...

Man this is tough for me too, I just downloaded one and got the error message, I got another one and used the MVPedit and did what the readme of the file said, but didn't see a uniforms.big file that was said to be in the download. So when I started the game the rosters were great, but then when I played the game crashed and crashed and crashed again.

I also don't know why I am getting corrupted files, I just want to play with some updated rosters why are these so hard to install.
