With a runner on first the first baseman moves in front of runner (fileding pos) and begins a hop step.....over and over and the pitcher never delivers the ball... Anyone??? The way I got out of this problem was either have a new pinch hitter or base runner replacement. Otherwise the pitcher will not deliever the pitch.
