So what exactly does it mean and how can I fix it in players? Thanks. flash0788 Posted August 6, 2004 Share Posted August 6, 2004 Sometimes it's helped me to either put them on the trading block or send them down another level to AAA or AA. Also, you might look at what role your using them in, if you are using them as a closer maybe they just don't feel like that's where they fit in or if you use a guy as a setup man when maybe he's best suited to MRP. Of course sometimes you just get whiners and can't do anything about it but fire them. I notice that when I at least try though I get a better manager grade. Hope this helps! He'll be really pissed for a while, but when you bring him back up, you don't get an e-mail about him every 3rd day.
