You could move the team with MVPEdit, but then you'd have to use a tool like MVPStudio to install the uniforms (so that they "followed" the team when you move them). Next, you'd have to edit the LOC files (FEENG.LOC and IGENG.LOC) so that the in-game text also followed the move. You would also have to swap some of the audio files (probably with EAGraph) so that the team name would be announced properly. As you can see, it's not a trivial exercise.....
