Ladder League

For those that aren't sure what a ladder league is, it's basically an on-going, points building head to head (IP2IP) league whereby teams are ranked based on overall indicators. Players can then earn points depending on which team they are using in a given game and how strong/weak their opponents are. Therefore, a higher (stronger) ranked team would earn less points for beating a lower (weaker) ranked team, vice versa, and everything in between. Everything works on a challenge system.

Technically, there doesn't have to be any rules on which team(s) you want to use, but what fun would that be? Also, there really aren't any rules on how many game you can play in a given day/week/month, but it might be useful to put on a weekly cap.

Thoughts? Interests? Here's an example breakdown, using last years rosters. I didn't include team speed rating as part of the overall rating to group teams into respective tiers:
